Established in 2012, Born Semiconductor (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., headquartered in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, is a hi-tech semiconductor enterprise integrating chip design, manufacturing, packaging test and application support. The company focuses on the research and development of analog integrated circuits and power devices. Its products cover TVS/ESD protection devices, diodes and transistors, MOS transistors, driving IC, etc. and are widely used in automotive electronics, communication equipment, household appliances and other fields.
The company has two production bases in Tianjin and Henan, forming a whole industry chain loop of wafer design, streaming and sealing test. By 2025, the R&D team will have 25 people, including 3 doctors and 18 graduate students, who will master the core technology of semiconductor overvoltage protection devices. The company has passed ISO9001, IATF16949 and other certification, and has been selected as 'Specialization and Special New Medium and Small Enterprises'.
